RETURNS and REFUND POLICY

Our refund and returns policy last 60 days of item receipt. If 60 days have passed since unfortunately we’re no longer can offer you a full refund. Before you return any of our items please contact us via email [email protected] to confirm and register your return. Item(s) has to be returned or on its way back before any refund can be processed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with batteries (if any) removed.

Shipping Returns

Please pack it safely in a small/medium size bubble protected envelope and send it back by standard recorded/tracked shipping method as a large letter/envelope, not packet or parcel. Extra cost express or special delivery is not necessary. U.S. Customers please use PayPal Ship Now method (return details provided) to return it back to us. Make sure you include your full name, address, purchase date and the reason for the return for us to be able to process replacement/refund efficiently. Even if an item is sent back as per returns policy we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Shipping Costs

If it appears that you have purchased the wrong item, changed your mind or items simply does not work as expected we’ll be glad to offer a replacement or refund. In cases where our item(s) after testing will be confirmed as not functioning properly or faulty, we’ll credit your return fees up to $10.00/€8.50. In other cases, if a device was purchased by mistake or changed your mind buyer himself is responsible for return fees.

Refunds

Please allow us up to 2-3 business days for inspection/testing, replacement or refund after goods are received. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Refunds to the bank account usually take from 1 to 5 business days.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
