The 60-day return period begins on the date your order is marked as delivered. Unfortunately, returns requested after 60 days are not eligible for a full refund.

However, due to variations in vehicle specifications, regional configurations, software versions, and prior modifications, compatibility cannot be guaranteed for every individual vehicle worldwide.

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

Issues resulting from improper installation, configuration errors, or vehicle-specific limitations do not indicate that the product is defective. If you are unsure about installation, we advise consulting a qualified automotive technician before requesting a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Any batteries (if applicable) must be removed before return
The return must be registered with us prior to shipment

Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless an item is confirmed to be faulty after inspection, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed in cases where:

The wrong item was ordered
The customer changed their mind
The product was improperly installed
The issue is related to vehicle-specific configuration
The item is tested and confirmed to be fully operational

If a returned item is inspected and verified as defective, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs up to:

$12.00 USD
€10.00 EUR

Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

How to Return Your Item

To ensure safe delivery and efficient processing:

Pack the item securely in a small or medium bubble-protected envelope
Ship using a standard tracked or recorded postal service
Send as a large letter/envelope where possible (parcel or express services are not required)
